Flat Pack Stools
In this episode, I create a set of stools that can be easily disassembled and stored away. This is an excellent project for those who live in a small space like me and can’t always have a bunch of seats around the dining table, especially if it’s an extendable one.

Download the Flat Pack Stool Template set that includes a real-size vectorial drawing and a SketchUp file with the 3D model (bonus).
The template file can be prepared for CNC cutting. If you wish to use power tools, you can print a full-size copy to use as a manual template. It it meant to be used with 19mm material. With little tweaks, you can resize the joints to match any other desired thickness of material.
